Saint Leonard Horse Parade

The Saint Leonard Horse Parade, also known as Leonhardi Ride, is a well famous event organized by the Horse Breeding Club of Alta Badia and the Tourist Office Badia. The Horse Parada is dedicated to Saint Leonard, patron of horses and horsemen. On sunday, November the 8th, the town center of Badia is the location of a big procession with several bands, colorful carriages, people wearing traditional costumes and Noriker and Haflinger horses.

During the event, it is possible to taste different gastronomic specialties of Val Badia and to buy delicacies and special products at the farmers’ market.
