La Villa: between two nature parks, right in the centre of Alta Badia

La Villa (or in German Stern) is an area of Alta Badia, which extends over the Puez Odle and Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Parks. Situated at an altitude of 1,433 meters above sea level, La Villa is home to the Gran Risa slope. It is one of the most important ones of the entire alpine mountain range, where the Ski World Cup takes place every year. Families with children love it here because it's the best place for small skiers to have fun.

La Villa is also known for its famous Ciastel Colz, a gothic-style historical castle from 1500. It has been restored with close attention to detail, which is why it is considered to be one of the best-preserved buildings of all of Val Badia.

La Ila (as the Ladin people call it) is part of the municipality of Badia and boasts a comfortable central location.
