Ski lifts Alta Badia: summer opening 

The ski lifts in Alta Badia are opened in summer, when the snow melts making way for incredible landscapes.

Due to its geographical structure and its strategic position, Alta Badia has a mild weather in summer, which will allow you to make pleasant excursions on foot or by mountain bike.

The cable cars and the chairlifts will allow you to arrive at the most beautiful uplands of the Dolomites, where you can enjoy an incredible view.

Alta Badia offers a wide range of summer activities for families with children and for sports lovers. Thanks to the modern lifts you can enjoy wonderful views of Val Badia and arrive at starting points of excursions.

Summer activities

There are many summer activities: like excursions of various lengths and level of difficulties, adventure parks, solarium terrace, golf courses and much more. There are many summer events: it is not unusual to come across a village festival or other typical Ladin events.

The Maratona dles Dolomites is one of the most important road bike marathon in the Dolomites with start and finish in Alta Badia. It’s an incredible and not to be missed event. The Maratona dles Dolomites is held every year in July.

From June to September you can also take advantage of the summer pass “Alta Badia Summer Card” that will give you the opportunity to really enjoy the mountain. By paying a fee commiserate with the days of your stay, you will have unlimited use of all cable cars and chairlifts in Alta Badia.
