Today, snow-shoes are mainly used for sports because they allow you to reach certain areas that would otherwise be inaccessible. You don't need to climb to high altitudes. Thrilling sensations await you on lower altitudes and even over short trails. Prior experience or technical expertise are not necessary and you can rent your snow-shoes in any rental centre.
