The Sellaronda:

The Sellaronda is a route that stretches for 40 km through forests, rocky areas and wide expanses of snow. Also known as the "giro dei quattro passi", the Sella Ronda crosses Alta Badia, Val Gardena, Val di Fassa and Livinallongo, and crosses the provinces of Bolzano, Trento and Belluno.
More expert skiers can enjoy these tricky ski slopes, however there are numerous trails for less-skilled skiers. Nonetheless, it is important for all skiers to be in good physical condition.
The Sella Ronda can be travelled clockwise (from Alta Badia towards Arabba) or counter clockwise (from Alta Badia towards Val Gardena).
There are numerous events that take place on this route. In summer and winter, you can admire the beauty of the landscape while competing in breathtaking races!

Sellaronda Bike Day
In summer, you will have the opportunity to experience an unforgettable adventure with your bike. Every year in June, the Sellaronda Bike Day awaits you: a non-competitive cycling event open to everyone.
On Saturday of the Sellaronda Bike Day, the tour of the passes around the Sella group is closed to traffic and reserved for lovers of two wheels. There is no limit: everyone can ride until he feels like it. All vehicles on two wheels are allowed: bicycles, mountain bikes, tandems and much more.
You will have the opportunity to admire the views of the Dolomites, rediscovering the pleasure of a bike ride in nature.
Sellaronda Skimarathon
During the winter season awaits you the Sellaronda Skimarathon, the ski touring competition at night.
The race for its technical complexity is reserved only for experts in this discipline. The teams of two people will compete along the 4 passes of the Sella in the Ladin Dolomites in a 42 km long route.
The competitors will be equipped with sealskins to face the climbs and faceplates to illuminate the course. The arrival and departure point changes every year, among the 4 main Corvara, Selva, Canazei and Arabba. All those who want to relax and watch the race, will be able to follow the live broadcast of the race. In addition, in the arrival town there will be numerous activities to spend time waiting for the arrival of the athletes.
