The Dolomites

On 26th June 2009, the Dolomites have been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Recognized worldwide as one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world, the Dolomites have a landscape studded with imposing peaks. One of the main elements of Dolomites is the phenomenon of the Enrosadira: during sunrise and sunset the sunlight gives the Dolomite peaks a reddish color, tending to purple.
