Alta Badia has 38 kilometres of cross-country ski trails. Their unique feature is the always perfect snow conditions and the surrounding landscape, which is one of the most extraordinary in the Alps. The unspoilt nature, the majestic Dolomite peaks and the surrounding silence are waiting for you to experience a special emotion that will be carried in your heart.
Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find two trails: the Armentarola/San Cassiano cross-country centre, 25 km long, and the Corvara-Colfosco cross-country centre, 10 km long.

Ice skating has a long tradition in Alta Badia. You can have fun at the ice rink in Corvara, which is also open in summer. Alternatively, when the temperatures drop, the lake of the Sompunt glaciers is transformed into a natural ice rink. You then skate around the slope, surrounded by an impressive winter panorama.
