San Cassiano is the ideal base for experiencing Alta Badia in every season. Summer brings walks, hikes in the heart of the Dolomites and days out on the mountain bike. In winter, you can ski the slopes of Alta Badia and the Dolomiti Superski area. Edelweiss Dolomites is a newly built house made of natural wood, with larch on the outside and aged spruce and pine inside. It sits in the village’s pedestrian centre and has just six apartments, from 37 to 84 m², for 2 to 7 guests. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a bathroom and a balcony are also included, with views of the village and Mount Conturines or of the forest. The freedom of a private home comes with the care of a hotel: daily cleaning, bed linen and towels, bathrobe and slippers. On the lower floor is the wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation area, reserved for guests. A parking space or garage, a ski room with boot warmers, a personal locker right on the slopes, bike storage and the Tourist Card for public transport across South Tyrol complete the offer. Dogs are welcome too. The Piz Sorega lifts are about a 10-minute walk away, while the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and café-pâtisserie are right on the doorstep. Behind the house is a family that has been part of San Cassiano since 1954 and personally looks after its guests.
